Promises 411-415

411. Promise: God promises to elevate and bless His people when they follow His commands.

“The Lord will make you the head, not the tail. If you pay attention to the commands of the Lord your God and carefully follow them, you will always be at the top, never at the bottom.” (Deuteronomy 28:13)

412. Promise: Trusting in the Lord leads to blessings and stability.

“Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in Him. He will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream.” (Jeremiah 17:7-8)

413. Promise: God promises deliverance and protection to those who show kindness to the poor.

“Blessed is the one who considers the poor! In the day of trouble, the Lord delivers him.” (Psalm 41:1)

414. Promise: God promises to meet all our needs according to His abundant riches.

“And my God will supply every need of yours ac- cording to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 4:19)

415. Promise: Generosity leads to abundant re- turns from the Lord.

“Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously.” (2 Corinthians 9:6)
