Promise 416-420
416. Promise: God promises blessings to those who are willing and obedient to His will.
“If you are willing and obedient, you will eat the good things of the land.” (Isaiah 1:19)
417. Promise: God promises His blessings and grace, surrounding His people with favor.
“The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make His face shine on you and be gracious to you.” (Numbers 6:24-25)
418. Promise: God guides and sustains His people with love and comfort.
“The Lord will command His lovingkindness in the daytime, and in the night His song shall be with me a prayer to the God of my life.” (Psalm 42:8)
419. Promise: God promises to restore and re- pay the losses caused by hardship.
“I will repay you for the years the locusts have eat- en—the great locust and the young locust, the other locusts and the locust swarm—My great army that I sent among you.” (Joel 2:25)
420. Promise: Trusting in the Lord brings re- newed strength and endurance.
“Those who trust in the Lord will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary; they will walk and not faint.” (Isaiah 40:31)
