Promises 290-294

290. Promise: Obeying God’s commands ensures His provision for us.

“The Lord will provide for those who fear Him and remember to obey His precepts.” – (Psalm 111:5)

291. Promise: Trusting in the Lord ensures we will thrive, even in challenging times.

“Blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in Him. They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit.”–(Jeremiah 17:7-8)

292. Promise: Honoring God with our wealth brings abundant blessings and provision.

“Honor the Lord with your wealth, with the first fruits of all your crops; then your barns will be filled to overflowing, and your vats will brim over with new wine.”–(Proverbs 3:9-10)

293. Promise: God promises to respond when we earnestly seek Him and His will.

“Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.–”(Matthew 7:7)

294. Promise: The righteous will be provided for and will not lack, while the wicked will face hunger.

“The righteous eat to their hearts’ content, but the stomach of the wicked goes hungry.”–(Proverbs 13:25)
