Promises 279-284
279. Promise: God promises to show us the boundless wealth of His grace and kindness.
“And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with Him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus, in order that in the coming ages He might show the incomparable riches of His grace, expressed in His kindness to us in Christ Jesus.”–(Ephesians 2:6-7)
280. Promise: God will always guide us, strengthen us, and provide for us in every season.
“The Lord will guide you always; He will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame. You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail.”–(Isaiah 58:11)
281. Promise: God promises us safety and provision when we trust in Him.
“Trust in the Lord and do good; dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture.”– (Psalm 37:3)
282. Promise: Obedience to God brings provision, rain, and fruitfulness.
“If you walk in My statutes and keep My commandments and perform them, then I will give you rain in its season, the land shall yield its produce, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit.”–(Leviticus 26:3-4)
283. Promise: Trusting in God ensures we will lack nothing good.
“Even strong young lions sometimes go hungry, but those who trust in the Lord will lack no good thing.”– (Psalm 34:10)
284. Promise: God protects the righteous and denies the wicked their desires.
“The Lord will not let the righteous go hungry, but He thwarts the craving of the wicked.” –(Proverbs 10:3)
