Promises 273-278
273. Promise: We can trust God to provide all our needs without worry.
“So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them.” –(Matthew 6:31-32)
274. Promise: God satisfies the desires of all creation, providing for every need.
“You open Your hand and satisfy the desires of every living thing.”– (Psalm 145:16)
275. Promise: God promises to bless us abundantly when we honor Him with our giving.
“Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in My house. Test Me in this, says the Lord Almighty, and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it.”–(Malachi 3:10)
276. Promise: God promises to bless our work and the land we occupy.
“The Lord will send a blessing on your barns and on everything you put your hand to. The Lord your God will bless you in the land He is giving you.”– (Deuteronomy 28:8)
277. Promise: God will provide abundant food and satisfaction, and we will praise Him for His provision.
“You shall eat in plenty and be satisfied, and praise the name of the Lord your God, who has dealt wondrously with you.”–(Joel 2:26)
278. Promise: God promises to bless us with rain and prosperity in all our endeavors.
“The Lord will open the heavens, the storehouse of His bounty, to send rain on your land in season and to bless all the work of your hands.”–(Deuteronomy 28:12)
