Promises 451-455

Promise: God blesses every area of your life, including your work, family, and resources.

“The Lord your God will bless you abundantly in all the work of your hands, in the fruit of your womb, the young of your livestock, and the crops of your land.” (Deuteronomy 28:11)

452. Promise: God promises blessings wherever you are, whether in the city or the country.

“You will be blessed in the city and blessed in the country.” (Deuteronomy 28:3)

453. Promise: God promises to defeat your enemies and bring victory over those who oppose you.

“The Lord will make your enemies who rise against you to be defeated before your face; they shall come out against you one way and flee before you seven ways.” (Deuteronomy 28:7)

454. Promise: God sustains and lifts up the humble while bringing down the proud and wicked.

“The Lord sustains the humble but casts the wicked to the ground.” (Psalm 147:6)

455. Promise: God promises that the righteous will grow and flourish, like strong and enduring trees.

“The righteous flourish like the palm tree and grow like a cedar in Lebanon.” (Psalm 92:12)
