Promises 336-340

336. Promise: God offers comfort and compassion to His people, especially in times of affliction.

(Isaiah 49:13) – “For the Lord comforts His people and will have compassion on His afflicted ones.”

337. Promise: God provides abundantly for all creation, ensuring nourishment for His people.

(Psalm 104:14) – “He makes grass grow for the cattle, and plants for people to cultivate—bringing forth food from the earth.”

338. Promise: God brings light and hope to the righteous, even in times of darkness.

(Psalm 112:4) – “Even in darkness light dawns for the upright, for those who are gracious and compassionate and righteous.”

339. Promise: God promises overflowing abundance and prosperity for those who honor Him.

(Proverbs 3:10) – “Your barns will be filled to overflowing, and your vats will brim over with new wine.”

340. Promise: God promises goodness and favor to those who trust and seek Him.

(Lamentations 3:25) – “The Lord is good to those whose hope is in Him, to the one who seeks Him.”
