The Promise of Love

“And we have known and believed the love that God has for us. God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him. There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love.”

Decree and Declare the Promise

I decree and declare that I have deeply experienced God's love and trust in the love He has for me, for God is love. I dwell in God’s promise of love. I dwell in Him, and He lives through me. His love removes the fear of punishment from my heart, because of Jesus. Holy Spirit allows me to walk confidently in God’s love.

Pray the Promises

"Heavenly Father, I praise You for Your great love for me, demonstrated by sending Jesus to save me. I once again put my trust in Your promise of love. I thank You that You are love and that You desire for me to abide in Your love and for Your love to abide in me. I praise You that I have no fear of punishment because Jesus took my punishment and gave me love in exchange for it. Today, help me walk in Your Spirit, which gives perfect love and always expels fear. I fully embrace Your perfect love. In Jesus' name, I pray, Amen."
