Promise 361-365

361. Promise: God faithfully provides for the righteous and their descendants

“I have never seen the righteous forsaken or their children begging bread.” (Psalm 37:25)

362. Promise: God promises to refresh and satisfy those who are weary and faint.

“I will refresh the weary and satisfy the faint.” (Jeremiah 31:25)

363. Promise: Trials produce perseverance and strengthen our faith.

“Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, when- ever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance.” (James 1:2-3)

364. Promise: God, who gave His Son for us, will graciously give us all that we need.

“He who did not spare His own Son, but gave Him up for us all—how will He not also, along with Him, graciously give us all things?” (Romans 8:32)

365. Promise: God, the Creator of all, gives life and breath to every living thing.

“The God who made the world and everything in it is the Lord of heaven and earth and does not live in temples built by human hands. And He is not served by human hands, as if He needed anything. Rather, He Himself gives everyone life and breath and everything else.” (Acts 17:24-25)
