224. Promise: God promises to heal our broken hearts and bring restoration to our wounds.
“He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.”–(Psalm 147:3)
225. Promise: Jesus promises to give us a life full of abundance and joy, free from destruction.
“The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life and have it to the full.”–(John 10:10)
226. Promise: God is our refuge, providing protection and deliverance from life’s troubles.
“For You are my hiding place; You protect me from trouble and sur- round me with songs of deliverance.”–(Psalm 32:7)
227. Promise: God is our stronghold and salvation, especially during times of difficulty.
“The salvation of the righteous comes from the Lord; He is their stronghold in time of trouble.”–(Psalm 37:39)
228. Promise: God is forgiving, loving, and good to all who call upon Him in faith.
“For You, Lord, are forgiving and good, abounding in love to all who call to You.”–(Psalm 86:5)
229. Promise: God is faithful and just to forgive us and purify us from sin when we confess.
“If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.”–(1 John 1:9)
230. Promise: God watches over and protects the righteous, guiding them on the right path.
“The Lord watches over the way of the righteous, but the way of the wicked leads to destruction.”–(Psalm 1:6)
